The film heater uses aluminum foil as heat conductor bonded with heating wires through adhesive. In terms of structure, the heater can be divided into two types. One is pasted double-layer aluminum foil,the other is hot melt single-layer aluminum foil.

◆ PVC insulator: use temperature≤80℃，power density≤15W/m

◆Heat-resistant silicone rubber: use temperature≤150℃，power density≤35W/m

◆ For high-power aluminum foil heaters, the temperature control switch can be bonded to the aluminum foil in series for temperature control.
